Toastmasters is a platform that has helped me develop at various levels. I believe it is my determination to move forward and develop. So I decided to engage actively and take advantage of the opportunities that came my way. So, here are some tips I can share with my fellow members that foster personal as well as professional growth. • Setting goals and daily routines helps you establish and achieve goals in your Toastmasters journey. that means completing project speeches, taking on leadership roles, or achieving awards • Attending the meetings regularly: Consistency is the key to improvement.
