"Why Am I Unhappy? A Soulful Reminder to Cherish Life"

 "Why Am I Unhappy?
A Soulful Reminder to Cherish Life"

It’s a question that quietly lingers in the corners of my mind, not always loud, but present—a whisper from within that something feels out of balance. Maybe it’s the weight of expectations, the constant giving without pause, or the silent forgetting of who I truly am amidst the roles I play. But in asking this question, I realize it’s not a sign of weakness—it’s a signal from my soul, gently nudging me to pay attention, to slow down, to reconnect. And so, from this moment, I choose not to dwell in the shadows of that unhappiness but to rise from it.

From this moment,

I choose to cherish my life...

not because it’s perfect,

But because it’s mine.

Because I am  still here,

Still learning,

Still growing,

Still choosing love.

With every breath, I choose to rise from the heaviness, to hold space for both my joy and my pain, and to walk forward with intention. This life is mine—and I choose to honor it, one mindful, loving moment at a time.

With all its messiness and magic, I choose to breathe deeply, to love fully, and to live intentionally.

Because even in the midst of uncertainty,

I hold the power to shift—

One thought,

One choice,

One moment at a time.
